What happens at the end of the school year?

Can two parents follow the same child?
Up to two guardians per student, each with their own login and their own notifications. A parent with several children at the school sees all of them from a single account.
Who can see what?
Every role sees only its own work. A teacher cannot open the cashbook, a bursar cannot edit marks, and a parent sees only their own children. Every change is recorded with who made it and when.
Is our data safe?
Each school's data is isolated from every other school's. Connections are encrypted, passwords are never stored in readable form, and daily backups are kept. Photos and documents are stored on secure cloud storage.
How do parents get notified?
